The liquid of Rasmalai is pure cow or buffalo milk. The milk is boiled till it reduces to half. Now it is used as Rasmalai juice. The round sticky sweet found in Rasmalai is actually Chhena. It is made by curdling milk. This chenna is mixed for a long time. After this it is given a round shape. Now it is cooked for a long time in sugar syrup. Finally it is filtered through sugar syrup and added to the milk extract. After this, this deliciously flavored Rasmalai is ready. Various dry fruits are put on it.
